Capvest Realty is a RERA-licensed real estate brokerage based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

What we collect

Information you give us. When you complete an enquiry form on this site, we collect the name, email address, phone number and message you provide. When you contact us by WhatsApp, email or telephone, we receive whatever information you choose to share in that conversation.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you visit and the time of your visit. This is used to keep the site running securely and is not used to identify you personally.

We do not ask for, and you should not send us, copies of passports, Emirates ID, bank details or payment card information through this website. Where such documents are required later in a property transaction, we will collect them through a secure channel and explain why they are needed.

How we use your information

  • To send you property information, availability and market updates relevant to what you asked about

Cookies and advertising

Our website and its data are hosted on servers that may be located outside the United Arab Emirates. Meta Platforms processes advertising data internationally. Where information is transferred outside the UAE, we take reasonable steps to ensure it remains protected to a comparable standard.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards, in case you come back to us or we are required to retain transaction records for regulatory purposes. If you ask us to delete your information and we are not legally required to keep it, we will do so.

Your rights

Under UAE data protection law you may ask us to:

  • Tell you what personal information we hold about you
  • Correct information that is wrong or out of date
  • Delete your information, where we have no legal reason to keep it
  • Stop sending you marketing messages
  • Restrict or object to how we use your information

Marketing messages
